VOZA is working with a client on a spectacular new build family home in the heart of Mayfair. Spanning over four floors and benefiting from a fantastic 25 metre long garden, this is an incredibly generous home in a wonderful location.
ROLE
Construction and site management for the all elements of the Phase II fit out. Full co-ordination of all sub-contractors and procurement for the project on an open book cost plus basis until PC and handover to the client.
