PROJECT
Full renovation of a freehold building to create three fantastic apartments near Sloane Square. A lift will provide access to the upper apartments and each will have its own sense of style, with the top apartment benefiting from fantastic roof top terrace.
ROLE
Construction and site management for the all elements of the renovation works. Full co-ordination of all sub-contractors and procurement for the project on an open book cost plus basis until PC and handover.
