PROJECT
Redevelopment of a former retail property to create a new 7,500 sq ft combined retail and restaurant concept. The project required close work with the local council to allow significant alterations to a Grade II* listed building in the heart of Mayfair
ROLE
Led the project team from conception through to completion. Managing sensitive issues with local neighbours ahead of receiving a successful consent. Responsible for ensuring the project was delivered on time and on budget and that it was successfully launched to the market to secure new operator.
