Redevelopment of a poor quality 1980s office building to create 15,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and a new retail unit within Brooks Mews. The project required the analysis of numerous scenarios to determine the best option to progress to planning. The finish product achieved prime rental values despite being a refurbishment of an old building.
Led the project team from conception through to completion. Overseeing the planning process with Westminster to ensure a consent was delivered. Responsible for managing the project delivery and the securing a new tenants once completed.
