Having purchased this off-market opportunity, VOZA secured a planning consent and a license to alter from the freeholder to reconfigure, extend and fully renovate this house for sale. The extension will significantly increase the living space on the ground floor.
ROLE
VOZA Developments sourced the site and secured the investment for a subject to planning purchase. VOZA carried out all aspects of the design, tender and site management process. In parallel they curated the marketing strategy for the property and sourced all the FF&E to dress the apartment for sale.
