VOZA is working with a return client to fully renovate and dress this wonderful third and fourth floor listed apartment in Marylebone. The dual aspect living floor benefits from great light and views across London, with the fourth floor providing three well-proportioned bedrooms.
PERSONAL ROLE
Conducting the property transaction. Undertaking all the design work in house and securing a planning consent. In parallel, completing the detailed interior design plans and specification, delivering the construction through VOZA Construction. As well as managing the overall budget and FF&E install.
