After purchasing the listed former Victorian school, a planning consent was secured to convert this imposing building into 18 self-contained apartments with underground parking. This revival scheme incorporates a new structure at the rear of the building and two levels of basement underneath the existing building.
Building and managing the project team throughout the project, securing a planning consent, managing all design aspects during the construction and marketing process. Co-ordinating the marketing suite and delivering 3 turn-key show apartments.
