Having acquired the apartment off-market we secured a planning and listed building consent to fully renovate this duplex maisonette near Sloane Square. The new proposals created a well-proportioned 2 bedroom apartment that benefitted from a dual aspect open plan living space and bedrooms above.

ROLE

Conducting the site search, sourcing the property off market. Undertaking all the design work in house and securing planning and listed building consent. In parallel, completing the detailed interior design plans and specification, managing the main and sub-contractors, overall budget and FF&E install.
