After securing a planning consent for a client the site was acquired through a new joint venture. The consent comprises a 50% uplift in floor area to provide a state-of-the-art mixed use building retaining London’s flagship Ferrari showroom on the ground floor. Following the completion of the demolition the site was sold.

ROLE

Managing the project team throughout the planning process, securing a consent and developing the detailed design package to tender the works.
