This listed chapel in Chelsea was acquired in 2012. A planning consent was secured to create a gated scheme of two trophy houses. Each house has a new internal structure, subdivided to create imposing volume, underground leisure facilities, private off-street parking and landscaped gardens. Leading international interior designers assisted in creating high-impact houses of unique character
ROLE
Building and managing the project team throughout the project, securing a planning consent, managing all design aspects during the construction and marketing process. Co-ordinating the detailed delivery of two turn key houses.
